Guidelines for Submission of Abstract

Abstracts must include a clear indication of the purpose of paper, major results and implications. The author(s) should clearly mention under which sub-theme the paper should be included. They should adhere to the following:

Length: 250 words excluding title/cover page and references
Font: Times New Roman
Font Size: 12 points
Spacing: 1.5
Margins: 1 inch on all sides on A-4 size paper.
Key Words: Maximum 5
Title page: Title, author(s), affiliation(s), contact details

The abstracts duly approved by the review committee will be considered for presentation at the conference. The soft copy of the abstract in Microsoft Word for Windows should be mailed to the conference organizing secretary at [email protected]

Guidelines for Paper Submission:

FULL PAPER must be typed in Times New Roman font of size 12 with 1.5 spacing and all side margin of 1”; clearly mentioning Name of Author(s) Title of Paper (typed in Times New Roman font of size 14 uppercase), Affiliated Organization, Contact Number and E-mail ID of Author(s), on A4 size paper; it should be well structured with proper indexing. Paper Length: Not more than 15 pages

REFERENCES

Reference should be included as per the following guidelines:

In case of paper/article - Name of Author(s), Year of Publication, Title of Paper/Article, Name of Journal, Volume (Number) and Page Number(s).

In case of book it should include - Name of Author(s), Year of Publication, Title of book, Place of Publication, Name of Publisher and Page Number(s).

In case of Web links, complete URL along with date and time of access has to be included.

TABLES/ANNEXURE should be given after references. Figures can appear within the text.

Final paper submission must accompany a certificate by the author(s) that the paper is an original and has neither been published nor submitted for publication elsewhere. Efforts will also be made to publish very thematic and short listed papers in the book form. Papers in absentia will be considered for publication in conference proceedings and will also get the certificate.
